MainStage Sound has an extensive collection of top quality audio and video equipment. All of our equipment is in new or near-new condition. We carefully check all of our equipment before and after every event to ensure its function and reliability. We at MainStage Sound understand that our equipment and personnel must perform free from errors and defects in order to make your event a success.

For Live Sound

Whether your audience is 20 or 5,000, MainStage Sound has the pro audio equipment necessary to present clear, balanced, and properly mixed high quality audio for your audience and performers/presenters. We offer many different PA sizes and configurations, ranging from smaller pole mounted systems to larger systems combining flown-array and stage stack configurations. We have mixers ranging from 8 to 56 channel boards. Microphones

We are proud to offer one of the most extensive microphone collections we have seen anywhere. We carry over 200 wired and wireless microphones from most of the top manufacturers. We feel this extensive collection is necessary to allow even our most discriminating customers the options they need to shape the specific sound they want to create. After all, the microphone is one of the essential instruments for the audio technician and by increasing the number of tools we have available for you, we can better work with you to shape your specific sound.

For Vocalists

MainStage Sound breaks out of the mold by offering you a series of mic pre-amp and effects options, allowing you much greater flexibility in creating the perfect vocal tone and effects. These mic pre-amp options allow you adjustment of the optical compression/expansion, de-essing and harmonics, as well as the ability to add some of the vintage sounds from heralded mics and pre-amps of the past. MainStage Sound is proud to offer the Focusrite Liquid Channel and Focusrite VoiceMaster Pro to lead and background vocalists alike.

For Drummers and Percussionists:

As an example, MainStage Sound carries complete drum kits from AKG, Audix, beyerdynamic, Sennheiser and Shure to ensure the sound of your drums are captured with the tone, attack, and equalization you seek. Any of these mics can be mixed and matched to create the perfect mic package for your drum and cymbal set. We have experienced mixing drums ranging from 2 to 20 separate channels, and then blending them into the ideal subgroup(s) to add to the final mix. We can either handle the complete mixing at the FOH or create a sub-mix for you at the stage to allow you the flexibility in creating your own mix.

In addition to this extensive microphone collection, we offer no less than 4 different hardware mounting options to ensure that the mics are ideally placed for sound and out of the way of your sticks.

For Guitarists and Keyboards:

In addition to the microphone selection discussed above, MainStage Sound offers a wide array of active and passive DI boxes from top manufacturers including Radial Engineering as well as multi-path configuration options to ensure that you are able to create and shape your desired sound. We have experience mixing everything from single channel direct line or single mic’ed amp input chains, to 2 channel wet/dry mixed mixes (any combination of effects), to finally more complex mixes including blended dual-amp configurations or the new dual-source piezo/magnetic pickup line of instruments. We can either handle the complete mixing at the FOH or create a sub-mix for you at the stage to allow you the flexibility in creating your own mix.

For Video Events:

MainStage Sound can work with you to create the ideal forum for your conferences, presentations or other events. We carry newer HD video cameras, LCD screens, high-lumen projectors and video screens so that we can create the perfect visuals for you and your audience.
